Why should I have my bins cleaned a regular basis?

Do I need to be home when you clean my bins?

You do not need to be home when the service is taking place! We understand that you have a busy schedule, and that's why we offer a hassle-free bin cleaning service that doesn't require you to be home. As long as your bins are empty and easily accessible, our team can get the job done without any need for you to be there.

What happens if I am scheduled and there is severe weather?

In case of severe weather, we prioritize the safety of our staff and may have to reschedule your service. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but we want to ensure that the service is done safely and effectively. If we are unable to service your bins due to severe weather, we will reach out to you to reschedule your service for the next day. If the next day is also not possible, we will work with you to find a suitable date when both bins are empty again. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible while also taking into account any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Do you clean all year long?

Unfortunately, we do not offer year-round cleaning services. However, we will be cleaning bins from June through November 2023. We will then resume our cleaning services in March of 2024 and continue until November 2024. This allows us to provide the best possible service during the times when the weather is most conducive to cleaning.

How will I know that the service has been completed?

When we complete our service, you can expect your trash bins to look and smell fresh and clean, as if they were brand new! We'll also send you an email confirmation to let you know that the job has been completed. Additionally, we'll place your bins next to your garage so you'll know that we've finished the job. If you have any questions or concerns about our service, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Do we use any hazardous chemicals or solutions?

No we do not! We understand that safety and eco-friendliness are important concerns for our customers, which is why we're proud to say that we don't use any hazardous chemicals or solutions to clean your bins. Instead, we use a specialized cleaning head and high-pressure water that's heated to a scorching 250 degrees Fahrenheit and blasted at 3000 psi to effectively remove any grime and bacteria in your bins. This method not only ensures a deep clean, but it's also safe for the environment and won't harm your property. So you can rest easy knowing that your bins are being cleaned effectively and responsibly.

How will I know when you are coming?

We make it easy for you to know when we're coming! After you sign up for our service, we'll send you an email with the date of your first scheduled cleaning. The night before your scheduled service, you'll receive a text and/or email reminder at 5pm. On the day of your service, we'll send another reminder at 8am. That way, you'll have plenty of notice and won't miss us when we come to clean your bins!

How can I reschedule a cleaning?

To reschedule a cleaning, simply contact us through email at bintherewashthat@gmail.com or give us a call/text at (920)620-6610 and we will be more than happy to assist you. We understand that schedules can change, so we are always willing to work with our customers to find a more suitable time for their bin cleaning service.

Hi, my name is Mitchell. I am a Mechanical Engineering Student and working my way through college. Last summer I attempted to clean our foul smelling trash bin. After 40mins, some soap and a face full of dirty backwash, our trash bin was finally clean. One day I was looking on social media and I found a better way to clean trash bins. Always looking for a fun project, I ordered some equipment and built a trailer that can clean bins efficiently and eco-friendly at 200°F. Let me come wash and sanitize your bins so you don't have to! Bin Cleaning Policy

At Bin There Wash That LLC, we take great care in ensuring the health and safety of our technicians and customers. For this reason, we are unable to clean bins with un-bagged pet waste as it poses a health hazard to our technicians and contaminates our equipment.

Bins that contain paint, tar, gum or similar substances also present special circumstances. Wet paint cannot be cleaned from a bin without damaging our equipment. Therefore, we may have to turn the bin away until the paint is sufficiently dried to be peeled off. In some cases, more than one cleaning may be necessary to provide satisfactory cleaning of bins with these substances.

We reserve the right to not clean a bin for any reason that we deem hazardous or a liability to us. In the event we refuse a bin, you will not be charged.
